There is a very nice backyard for you to enjoy in the summer. There is no security deposit requirement, tenants pay non-refundable move in fee ($300/person), pets are welcome, though there is $150 non-refundable per pet deposit. The utilities (electricity, gas and water) are included in the rent. There is no furnitures in the unit and the unit is ready for move in March 1st.
