I am looking for someone to take over my apartment's lease for the remaining 3 months starting on May 12th through August 1st. The rent for this particular bedroom in this apartment complex is typically $795 plus a monthly flat rate of $50 for electric. I have reduced the price of my normal rent and will provide the additional $250 per month. I will cover May's rent, but I am asking the person interested to cover the subletting fees, application fee, and $100 deposit. It is actually a two bedroom apartment, but only one bedroom with a private bath will be available at the moment. My current roommate will not be living in the apartment during this time, but the second bedroom will not be inhabitable unless requested.
