The backyard features green grass and mature tree, which provides shade to read a book or just enjoy nature. Tenants use the backyard to grill, have a party, or show a movie (e.g., one of the prior tenants would set up a large screen and show movies to several guests). The property manager is very responsive. She treats her tenants like important customers and quickly solves issues that may arise. Each tenant is respectful to the other tenants and keeps noise to a minimum. This building only has a few apartments. The washer and dryer are free for the tenants to use.
