A great space for artists to work, students to study, or to just sit and listen to the birds and stare out at the lovely views. The owner (off site) is a librarian and the master bedroom is rented to a librarian (and family member). Books, Kultcha, geekstuff: Yes! This is a chill home on a quiet street. We are looking for drama-free, mature, professional individuals (students/Grad students are also welcome). All utilities (Electric, water, gas, trash and wifi) are included, as well as a once a month house cleaning service. Anything over $150 per month would be shared, but we don’t forsee that happening much if at all. One room is furnished, the other partly so. If you have your own items, we can change it up, etc. The townhouse is located on a quiet hill, near Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Target, (everyting really) and many restaurants. It is minutes away from Occidental and York/Highland Park, 15 minutes from Art Center’s Hillside campus. Pasadena and Glendale are close. Seeking 2 renters for 2 rooms, both high up, great views, sharing two remodeled bathrooms, one full (upstairs), the other half (downstairs). Large closets, plus garage storage space available. Garage parking will be available, and there are also on site spaces too. The townhouse is split level, so it has 15 foot ceilings and is very open and sunny. The unit is the only one with three views and all views are unobstructed by other units. It is a great place to wake up in. There is a garage with two spaces from both new renters, a pool and jacuzzi, and LOVELY views. If interested after a viewing, applicants will use the rental website cozy.co to complete a credit and background check ($40, none of it goes to us). We also ask for prior rental references. Must provide copy of driver’s license/passport, proof of income, and proof of employment/student status. No cigarette smoking or pets, no parties or hard drugs.
