About 1831 Courtland Ave Norwood, OH 45212
This is an outstanding first floor apartment in an older, but very well kept, always improving, quiet building. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout with tile in the kitchen and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove (i pay gas), refrigerator, and dishwasher. The windows are insulated, white, double hung all with screens and blinds. I pay all utilities (heating, water, hot water, cooking gas and trash) except electric, which you pay. All lighting is LED. Fantastic closet space as there is a closet in the living rm, and bedroom as well as a linen closet and pantry. There is a storage locker and coin laundry for your convenience in the extremely clean and well lit lower level. All hallways and the lower level are cleaned weekly to keep everything always looking nice. I own and personally manage. If you don’t think that matters, come over and you’ll see why it does. Only good credit need apply for this non-smoking building. I will text but appointments are by phone only as it’s a nicer way to meet. J.G. 513 703 56 26 Thank you.

Norwood was one of the earliest suburbs to form around Cincinnati. Once a hub of industry and innovation thanks to the railroads and nearby metropolis that fed the area, Norwood is now a picturesque enclave that attracts renters of all types.
The city of Norwood has a number of historical landmarks that contribute to the overall identity of the area. The Norwood Mound is a centuries old Native American burial ground that stands as the highest point in the area. Vineyard Central is a gorgeous 114-year-old Catholic church near the downtown district that still hosts a congregation. There are other great local spots to experience the city, not just landmarks. Grab a drink at The Wood, a popular neighborhood bar, or try Bluebird Restaurant, a classic American diner.
There are plenty of parks and golf courses around Norwood if you’re looking for fresh air. Commuters will appreciate the nearby I-71 that makes a drive to Cincinnati a breeze.
