About This Property

Property includes Centralized A/C (Temperature sets are negotiable). Although I do have a 24/7 computer that does need cool air. Forced Air Heater, Includes a full bath downstairs where the rented room will be. Toilet, Shower will only be used by whoever rents the downstairs bedroom, In the downstairs bathroom is where the washer & drier are located so during laundry days (For me, the weekend) it will be occupied only for laundry use. Laundry times, can be set between homeowner & renter. Kitchen is open to use, located upstairs (Please just ensure you clean up after yourself). Two cats will be located within the house (Django (Gray) & Mr. Pink (White)) so if you are allergic to cats, keep that in mind. You will be able to utilized the upstairs fridge, but you will be obligated to eat the food you provide yourself. Labeling is recommended. The 2nd room downstairs is my office area, so please do not enter, and if the 24/7 computer is too noisy, you can move up to the upstairs bedroom, just please use the downstairs bathroom for your personal needs still. Both upstairs and downstairs lounge areas are free to use. I use the garage to park, and there are a few things in there so it'd be a tight squeeze and if you have an SUV/Truck it won't fit, but I will provide you with a garage opener & garage code. I mainly use the garage to enter the house, so the front door is usually locked, if you'd like I can supply you with a front door key as well after a copy is made.
