Renters cover gas (forced air heat), electric, and other utilities (phone, cable, etc.). $2,500.00 security deposit We are open to having a dog or a cat but will require a pet addendum and an additional pet fee of $40/month. Smoking allowed outside only and more than 25 feet from the building so that smoke does not seep into the neighbor's living spaces.
