One of Duluth's oldest parks Lincoln Park features 37 acres of hiking and biking trails, a disk golf course, a playground, picnic tables, plenty of green space and water falls for you to enjoy.  The Lincoln Park business district is home to highlights such as Love Creamery, Bent Paddle Brewery, OMC smokehouse, and many other great local businesses. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $900 as well as electric utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month.
