Application policies and criteria: All prospective tenants will be informed of the availability of the unit, tenant selection criteria and rental policies. Each prospective tenant will be provided an application for tenancy, tenant selection criteria & rental policies. Please read all information carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
