Ideal for public transit users, or the following are your parking options. Street parking is available, but be aware that between Monday and Friday, 8am to 6pm, it's only one hour at a time. Essentially, you'd have to move your car from one side to the other every hour, or risk being ticketed. A district 63 parking permit, valid for 1 year, is available. Please note that you can only obtain a permit after 3 months of establishing residence. If your budget allows, optional parking in a separate lot is available for $200 per month. This location is great! You can easily walk to the boulevard to grab a bite, run errands, visit the post office, banks, grocery stores (Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Ralph's, and Yucca Market are nearby), and it's close to Franklin Village, Runyon Park, Griffith Park, vibrant nightlife, and more. Please don't hesitate to call me if you'd like to view the apartment. A/C is optional. Paid utilities, trash, and gardener.
