Pet Policy: All animals must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 40 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. Qualifications: There is a $35/person application fee for each adult over 18 years of age. Combined income must be at least 3 times the rent after deductions to qualify. Only 1 eviction allowed. Eviction must be at least 5 years old and be paid in full. Credit and background check will be done. Only default/collection status can be medical or student loans. Ask about conviction qualifications if applicable.
