FREE WIRELESS for tenants. Restored hardwood floors. Laundry room is easy access downstairs in the building. Very well maintained historic property in great neighborhood near 18th street, Thalia Hall, Honky Tonk, 606 Records, Skye, and Spoke and Bird Bakehouse. Respectful and quiet tenants in building. Unit has a gas space heater and window AC. Close to major expressways, UIC Campus, Pink EL line and Blue Island bus line. Easy to get anywhere. I work hard to keep my buildings safe and clean and my tenants happy. Cats okay. No dogs. If you don't yet know about Pilsen then you should; it's the last great neighborhood in Chicago.
