About This Property

This cute lower level one bedroom, one bath, unit in an Ocean Drive duplex is now available. Imagine living one door from the beach and just 6 blocks to downtown Manhattan Beach. See the ocean from your living room and drift off to sleep to the sounds of the surf at night. Cheery and bright, the unit was just repainted throughout, with new carpet in the bedroom and living areas. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, stove, induction cooktop, and microwave. There’s a stall shower and all new hardware in the bathroom. The main door leads into the living area. There is plenty of storage in built-in cabinets behind a vintage knotty pine accent wall. The kitchen is in the middle of the unit with the bathroom behind. The bedroom is off the kitchen and has a walk-in closet and a small accessory room with a built-in desk. Outside is a lower-level ocean view lanai with two Adirondack chairs. A gas BBQ is available on an upper patio between the two buildings. There is a shared laundry/dryer and one dedicated parking space in the garage next door. This is a great neighborhood with many friendly long-term residents, lots of beach volleyball and surfing just outside your door. Downtown MB with groceries, shops and many great eateries is nearby. Water and trash are included with rent. Electricity, gas, and cable/internet are the renter’s responsibility. Unit is approximately 595 square feet. No pets and no smoking are allowed. Six months minimum lease, then month to month with rent locked in for one year total.
