About This Property
I am a 27 year old Male, have been living in Denver for 1 year and loving it. Enjoy being social, going snowboarding or out on weekends. Love to do dinners and host during the week on occasion but generally keep activities at home during the week quiet. Really enjoy the current apartment, especially the amenities and location. Hoping to find an appropriate person eager to live in the area at an affordable cost as my existing room-mate is unfortunately unable to renew on the lease. C300 Layout - Amli Riverfront Park Building RoomatePreference: Male, aged 25-35, clean, enjoys being social/active, easy going personality. No pets. Apartment Application: There will be a $50 fee to cover personal application for AMLI to screen and confirm you are good to be added to the lease. There will be no other signing on style leasing fees, as they were taken care of with my first lease. Apartment Notes: Kitchen and Lounge areas fully furnished. See pictures. Note there is some construction on the outer of building occurring, doesn’t impact this apartment as an inward looking apartment. **non-master bedroom** and general bathroom exclusively + shared kitchen/lounge/balcony. Bedroom is 11’0” x 11’10”.
