This spacious home features a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, electric hand mixer, complete cookware and bakeware, and tableware. Enjoy ample living areas, a private yard, a game area with pool and ping pong tables, a home theater, and an indoor fireplace. The property also boasts a private pool (seasonal, opening April 10, 2026, closing mid-October 2026), a relaxing hot tub, a basketball half-court, and an outdoor play area for kids.
The private pool can be heated for an additional fee, and the Level 2 electric vehicle charger is available for a per-charge fee. Pet-friendly accommodations are available with additional pet fees, and events may be permitted with prior approval and a separate event fee.
