I have an affordable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on a quiet side street in the heart of Wicker Park available for a 12 lease month starting June 1. It is literally steps from tons of restaurants, bus lines (9, 56, 70), the L (Division Blue Line), grocery stores, highways, and the Milwaukee / Division nightlife. This is perfect for people who commute to the loop, it's 30 minutes door to door. Each bedroom can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and includes a closet. The master bedroom can also fit a large desk and has a private bathroom attached. There is W/D in-unit, stainless steel appliances, and central A/C. There is also a gas fireplace you can use in the winter. If preferred, the unit can be furnished for an additional fee. Multiyear leases can also be arranged at a discount.
