He is a nationally known expert in the green building field, and has written numerous articles and made significant contributions to numerous reference books in the field. Marc graduated with a BA in Economics from Moravian College in Pennsylvania, and MBA in International Business and an MAPP in Energy & Environmental Policy from Claremont Graduate University in Southern California. Some of Marc’s professional certifications include: LEED AP (1998), CGBP (2004), GPR (2007), Cal-HERS (2008), BPI-MF (2010), NAR-GREEN (2015), and NAR-GRI (2016). He was the first co-chair of the USGBC LEED Residential Committee from 1998-2000 and served on various technical subcommittees for LEED Commercial. While working as a REALTOR® in Austin, Marc continues consult with and train a wide range of REALTORS® and building professionals locally and throughout the nation.
