This unique property is comprised of three semi-attached buildings: the Main House, Casita (guest quarters), and Game Room, offering ample space for up to 30 guests. The Big Tex boasts an impressive array of amenities designed for endless fun. Enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor movie theatre, pickleball court, basketball court, sand volleyball court, fire pit, BBQ grill, and a playscape. Inside, the Main House features a spacious living room, dining area, a massive kitchen island with seating for 8, and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The Casita offers multiple bedrooms, and the Game Room is complete with a golf simulator, arcade games, and a poker table. All bedrooms have their own private attached full bathrooms, and all bedding, towels, and essentials are provided. The heated pool is available for an additional fee of $150 per day of the entire reservation, requiring notification at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Pets are allowed without a fee, but must remain outdoors and leashed at all times. Guests must bring their own kennel and notify the host if bringing a pet. Failure to comply will result in a minimum $500 fee. Guests must bring their own charcoal for the BBQ grill and firewood for the fire pit, and clean the grill before check-out.
