There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Additional consumables or towels and linens are available for an additional fee. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. This exquisite home is ideally situated in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood, only a short drive from the pristine Pompano Beach. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of the beach, where sun, sand, and surf beckon you to indulge in the ultimate seaside experience. Plus, the local area is teeming with a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions, promising an abundance of entertainment. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Checkout is at 11 AM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights, with a $500 fine for violation. No indoor smoking is permitted, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed. A $500 fine applies for violation. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety. No unplugging, moving, or altering of the security cameras is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation. Pets are welcome with prior inquiry regarding breed limitations and agreement to the pet policy. A $100 non-refundable fee per pet applies. A laptop computer is not included.
