Property Ratings at 180 North Jefferson
Living here has been a frustrating experience. The unreliable HVAC system makes the apartment uncomfortably hot, and management doesn’t seem eager to address it. Neighbor noise is a constant issue; despite complaints, management has done little to ensure a peaceful living environment. For the rent price, I expected a higher standard of comfort and responsiveness, but this place fell short. Wouldn't call it luxury although the price is definitely for luxury.
Staying at 180 North Jefferson was a delight! The luxury boutique apartments are beautifully designed and offer fantastic amenities. The location in the West Loop is perfect, just steps away from great dining and entertainment. Highly recommend for a stylish and comfortable stay!
Elevator has been broke since I moved in, making me miss the train and be late to work several times. Asked them for a replacement key and they never responded. The location/amenities are great, the admin is just not great.

Fantastic, apartment’s in great shape and move-in was seamless! 180 N Jefferson is a great location in a safe, clean area and the front desk was heavily involved and extremely helpful throughout my move-in process!

Easy to move in and everyone is so friendly. Front desk workers are also so nice and welcoming when first moved in. Elevators being limited is kind of on the downside but that is the only thing I would change!

This building has been so great! I’ve lived here three years and have really enjoyed my time. The front office staff is incredible, they are very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and so close to west loop. It’s the hidden gem of Fulton Market!

It has been really a wonderful move-in experience. Danielle and the concierge staff have been really accommodating and flexible. The location is convenient. I like the ambient noise from cars & trains because it is close to the highway and tracks so it may not for everybody. Rooftop is great and there is wifi in the common areas.

People here are obnoxiously loud. The management doesn't do much about the complaints. Packages get stolen from the lobby whilst the front desk staff is present and glued to their phones, just about anyone is let inside if they lie about doing a delivery.

180 N Jefferson is a hidden gem in the West Loop. Its close proximity to Fulton Market and both train stations can’t be beat, the units are spacious, the amenities are top notch, and the staff is friendly. Great place to live!
The staff are easy to get ahold of, maintenance is always quick, and the staff is friendly. I have no complaints about living here and plan to stay for many years. The location is perfect and I love the spacious apartment.
Move in process has been seamless. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Love all of the amenities provided for residents, gym, Bevy water, Coffee, etc

Living here has been wonderful. I have no complaints about my unit and the location of the building. Everything about it is honestly perfect and I couldn't imagine myself living anywhere else. While I don't really use the amenities as much as I should, the rooftop area is so beautiful.
Front desk people let anyone in, they don’t check to make sure that they live there. Also, one day, black water shot up from sink and they said “sometimes that happens on these floors”. BUT, everyone that works here is very very nice and helpful.

Great apartment building. Do not want to leave. Price is a little high for the location. Staff is very nice but not accommodating. Concierge is amazing. Air is only a 2 pipe system so you do not have full control which is frustrating.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now because it doesn’t get better than 180 North Jefferson! It’s walking distance to some of my favorite bars and restaurants as well as the train stations, the amenities are top notch, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the units are spacious, and the rooftop views are great!

Great building and front door staff, close to train (Green/Pink), nice gym and work from home spaces, fun roof deck and social lounge on the roof. Maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly. My friends love to come visit!

Staff is friendly, apartment complex clean, and I’ve never had an issue with noise. Convenience fee for online payment seems unreasonably high but just suggest paying in person which the staff makes easy to do.

Amazing building all around. Great location in west loop with easy access to public transit. Amenities are top notch, and the units have amazing views of the city.

Love this apartment. Been here for over 3 years and I have no issues. The staff are all very nice. Maintenance is timely and gets the job done. Perfect location next to the CTA, Metro, Amtrak, West Loop, Loop. Can be a bit loud next to the train but doesn't usually bother me too much.

We moved in earlier this month and we are already in love with our new apartment! The staff have all been very nice and welcoming and the move in process went so smoothly! We are so happy with our decision to live here!

Living here has been great so far, the walls are relatively soundproof and even though the building's next to the train, you don't really hear much of it. Maintenance is very responsive and quick with fixing requests.

Great location, friendly staff! Super dog friendly I just wish there was a green space closer for dogs to use the bathroom. Overall very satisfied with the building.

It’s a really nice apartment. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Amenities are easily accessible. Only complaint would be the building is slightly old but that’s about it.

Great apartment in a nice location. The view on the rooftop is unmatched, and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend to people looking for a place in west loop/Fulton area.

180 Jefferson has a great leasing and conceirge staff. They are always friendly. Maintainence has a quick response time. Location is near the EL train, Metra and buses.

Can’t-be-beat location that’s central to Fulton Market, train stations, and tons of great restaurants. Beautiful rooftop and communal spaces that are perfect for hosting. Other amenities are top notch - complete fitness center, modern co-working spaces that provide both privacy and comfort, and the friendliest staff. Units are spacious for West Loop area. Love it here!
