Must pass background check and proof of income and have good credit and clean rental history. Laundry is in lower level of building. Garage parking is included in rent. Tenant pays water and electric bill. Very close to the lake and historic downtown Port Washington. Very quiet building with friendly tenants. First opening I’ve had in years.
