The children's bedroom has two adorable bunk beds, Woody, Buzz and the rest of the Toy Story gang, Shrek and Donkey, the Simpsons, and all kinds of Disney goodies and tons of stuffed animals. The downstairs master bedroom includes a fireplace, sitting area, massage chair (like you see at the malls!) and the ensuite bathroom has an awesome bidet. (It even has a control board.) There is also a Media Room with movie loungers and bunches of movies. Don’t forget the craps game, slot machines, tons of board games to play and a built-in sauna. But it’s not all just fun. There are built-in desks and tons of storage cabinets everywhere. Relax on the deck amongst the beautiful forest views while you barbecue. You’ll have two spaces in the garage, use of a golf cart, and the Tesla charging station. There is also off-street parking for six additional cars for your guests. This special house is perfect for use as either a full-time residency, or for you to use when you need to get away! Lake Arrowhead water rights are included. Facilities usage at Lake Arrowhead Country Club are not included, but you can apply for membership, which is approximately $1,000 per month, plus an initiation fee. If you’d rather not use all of the existing furniture, it could be moved to the garage. Unit # is 35.
