About This Property
Maximum 3 People or 2 People and small pet - A small dog (less than 25lbs) in lieu of a cat is acceptable - The other 2 units are currently occupied by 2 people each. No Satellite dishes and no new hole's drill into building. Absolutely no smoking. Washer and Dryer available and shared with the Apartment A. Other Screening Requirements: *Owner utilizes a tool to provide screening application ($35 per tenant). * Owner will send an application once applicant has talked to the owner and/or visited the apartment. * All applicants over 18 are required to be screened. * Owner will not accept a reusable tenant screening report *Screening will cover a background check which will include, SNN trace, eviction search, sex offender check, Global and National Crime search. * Credit check * Employment & Income verification. A single or multiple negative report(s) from one of the above, may lead to denial of application.
