Thoughtfully furnished spaces provide ready-to-use living areas, and the gated setting adds an extra level of privacy and security. Ideal for those seeking a well-appointed home with on-site relaxation options and convenient access to the beach. Port Royal amenities include an oceanfront pool, beach access, golf courses, and miles of walking trails. Seeking a 6 month lease. Dog or cat considered on a case-by-case basis. Please see below regarding Petscreening. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, propane use during occupancy and refill at move-out, and trash service. Lawncare, pool maintenance, internet and pest control included. Coastal Long-Term Rental Company uses a third-party screening service called and requires everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal.
