Please note that this lot is first-come, first-served and a parking spot is not guaranteed. If the lot is full, guests are responsible for parking and paying elsewhere. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms (closed water bottles are permitted); extra cleaning fees will apply for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations, and additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking.
