As you make it up the steps you will find the master bedroom, which includes tons of windows for natural lighting, a beautiful master bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Past the master bedroom, you have a wonderful second living room space, the laundry room, the utility room, the last 2 bedrooms, and the shared bathroom. There is also a 2 car attached garage and central AC. This home is just south of E 104th Ave, which has tons of restaurant options nearby. Located in Commerce City, just below the wonderful Reunion Park. This location offers easy access to I-76 and Colorado E 470.
