The HOA includes driveway/sidewalk snow removal, and front yard maintenance. In addition, you will be part of the highly sought after Three Creeks K-8 and Ralston Valley High School area. The tenant will pay gas, electric, cable and water/sewer. We are looking for a minimum of a 1-year lease. No smoking. A small dog (under 40 lbs.) is welcome if they are not destructive and/or are not loud enough to disrupt the neighbors. The home has a nice small fenced back yard with artificial turf that will need hosed off weekly. Any dog must be disclosed and dogs with a positive reference letter from previous landlord will be given preference. Sorry, no felines.
