Layout: Second floor apartment (no elevator) has 3 bedrooms of equal size, side by side. One bathroom, open concept kitchen and living room with large windows and high ceilings. Unfurnished. Utilities: Tenants pay $250/month toward (gas) heat bill. (Cost could go down, depending on oil prices). Water/sewer is included. Off-street parking spaces with permit included. Parking lot in front of building. (Snow plowing of parking lot is included). Coin-operated laundry machines in lobby. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, Stone Church, and UNH shuttle bus stop. Non-smoking building. Cats are ok. Sorry, we cannot take Section 8. First month’s rent plus security deposit required upon move-in. Application process: Each tenant 18+ will have to submit an application. After references are checked and approved, you will be notified that you’re moving to the next step. At that point we will ask you to submit the $30 background check (credit, eviction history, criminal history). Then, you will be notified if you were accepted. Application, Rent payments, maintenance/communications are done online.
