About 1777 N Williams St Denver, CO 80218

This is a cozy 1-bedroom, in a smaller complex of mostly studios. The building is called Aperture and is owned by Boutique Apartments (who have been really excellent to rent through). It's conveniently located right down the street from City Park with lots of walking distance restaurants, bars and shops off 17th. The location really is ideal, with downtown being about a 5 minute drive (1.5 miles). I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, so a background/credit check would be required by the leasing office. The place has hardwood floors in living and kitchen area, and newer carpet in the bedroom, with 2 large closets for storage. The kitchen is definitely on the small side, but the space has been perfect for my needs. There is parking available, but also lots of street parking, and a covered area to store your bike. Pets under 35lbs are also ok. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or if you'd like to come check the place out!
