The primary suite offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and private balcony access with marina and ocean views. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from September 2026 to November 20, 2026 (approximate dates) due to spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as it must be removed for painting. There may be noise disturbances during this period. This is a privately owned luxury condo and is not part of the hotel rental pool, meaning Ilikai fitness center and hotel front desk access are reserved for Aqua-Aston guests and are not included. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed; to ensure a late departure, the condo must be reserved for the night of departure.
