This house also comes with a nice back yard patio with plenty of shade from trees, and needs little to no maintenance to look great. Oversized two car detached garage, and plenty of parking spaces. The HOA is very particular about not having project cars, or using the garage for anything other than parking. Brownstone security keeps an eye on the property daily, both enforcing parking rules, and maintaining the grounds. This is a lovely property to stay in for a small family.
