Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, oven & microwave are included and a washer and dryer are also included, 3 car tandem garage, 6 foot privacy fence along the sides and a split rail fence with welded wire along the back fence. It has central air. All 4 bedrooms have black out blinds that are top-down for privacy while still allowing ease of natural light. All the other windows have light-out blinds. Dogs are allowed (no puppies) with an additional $35/month pet rent, 2 dogs maximum. Prefer no cats but would be open to discussing on a case by case basis.
