This is Colorado's HOT new neighborhood. It has resort style community pool and can be checked out on the neighborhood website that Cozy won't allow to be linked: Search Raindance River Resort 4 bedrooms all on the upper level. The master has a private bathroom & walk-in closet, the other 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom. The small basement is about 350 sq ft and it's finished to provide flexibility as a 2nd living space, office or workout room. Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, oven & microwave are included and a washer and dryer are also included, 3 car tandem garage, 6 foot privacy fence along the sides and a split rail fence with welded wire along the back fence. It has central air. All 4 bedrooms have black out blinds that are top-down for privacy while still allowing ease of natural light. All the other windows have light-out blinds. Dogs are allowed (no puppies) with an additional $35/month pet rent, 2 dogs maximum. Prefer no cats but would be open to discussing on a case by case basis. This is managed by the owner, not a property management company. The owner is a licensed real estate agent in Colorado since 2006 and owns 3 homes in Raindance.
