About This Property
Tired of a boring, square apartment? Looking for something unique? Breath taking? Artistic? Historic? A place to entertain? A refuge? Look no further … Welcome to The Church Lofts. This unit is awe inspiring and will literally take your breath away. As you walk into the unit you are in a space with 25ft high ceilings. Immediately to your left is an elevated library space with a murphy door with shelves. Behind this door is a large hidden storage area. The library space is well lit with natural light and can also be used as a breakfast nook. As you advance into the unit, you are in a 400 sq ft open space with high ceilings that we call the Great Room. It serves as your entertainment area, dining area, kitchen space and living room. The kitchen is tastefully done with black granite counter tops and custom cabinets with under cabinet lighting. Appliances include a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Off of the kitchen space is a door that leads to your bathroom and an office nook. The bathroom is spacious with a marble counter top and a large shower/tub combination. We installed a continuous draw fan that keeps your bathroom dry and comfortable. From the Great Room you can go up a beautiful iron spiral stair with walnut treads to the top of the loft space. The loft space looks down onto the Great Room and is roughly 300 sq ft. This loft will serve as your bedroom. A high end, full-size washer dryer is in place in the loft area for your convenience. There is a large, well-lit closet for your clothes as well as storage for your supplies. The loft also has a ceiling fan and a stained-glass window that opens up to allow in fresh air and light. Tenant pays for electricity. We include water, sewer, trash, Wi-Fi, parking, maintenance, landscaping and snow removal fees.
