To Apply: Go to the Avanza Property Management website. At the top, look for the Rentals link, and click on the property. Click on the Black Apply Online Button, and it will direct you to Rentvine, our Rental Management software. It will ask you to create a profile, that will direct you to the online application for the home you are looking to apply to. Description Showings: We schedule showings 2 ways: 1) Apply and become first in line for the home. Once you become first in line for the home, you are then invited to schedule any day/time throughout the week that you would like.
