The Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport, UVA's North Fork, and NGIC are also less than 11 miles away. The 1,500 sqft cottage features 1900's character and charm, original hardwood floors, a full-size washer and dryer, a big yard, plus pastoral and partial Blue Ridge Mountain views. The space includes a living room with a decorative fireplace, a kitchen with wooden cabinets and white/black appliances, a dining room, a master bedroom with an attached full bath and a large adjoining walk-in closet/laundry room which some have used as a home office option, plus two additional bedrooms which share a hall bath. The home also includes an unfinished attic and basement. Rent includes: well and septic, lawn care, snow removal, and trash pickup. PLEASE NOTE: This cottage is set amongst a large fenced-in parcel of land that is rented out separately for cattle. There is no central ac. A few ac window units were left behind from a previous tenant and are available for use. The home has oil heating. There is also a portable dishwasher that was left behind from a previous tenant (and shown in the photos).
