Our thorough background checks include nationwide criminal, credit, and eviction history, as well as employment and residence verification. There is a one-dog limit (maximum weight 25 lbs). With a dog, your rent will increase by $50 per month. The renter agrees to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the Homeowners Association (HOA) governing the property, including but not limited to architectural guidelines, noise and pet restrictions, use of common areas and more. Owner will provide a copy of latest covenants.
