This garden level unit was taken down to the studs and renovated in 2018 and boasts lovely gray paint, new tile and carpeted floors, all new appliances, and plenty of storage. The bathroom is split into two separate rooms, which actually works quite well! You will thoroughly enjoy living in this gorgeous, classic neighborhood that is under 2 miles from Georgia Tech, Piedmont Park, Ansley Golf Course, Woodruff Arts Center, Marta Bus Line, and the Beltline. The apartment is partially furnished but the furniture can be removed if desired. One small dog (under 40 pounds) is allowed with $500 pet deposit; no cats or birds allowed. Off-street parking is available but most tenants choose to park on the street. PLEASE NOTE: the washer-dryer combination unit in the kitchen is current out of order and owner is trying to find a suitable replacement. However, in unit laundry accessibility is currently NOT guaranteed. Rent includes Cable TV and WiFi (Comcast Hi-Speed Internet with booster), Water, Sewer, and Garbage.
