The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin-size beds. The fourth bedroom is designed as a flexible office/bedroom space, with a desk for remote work and a couch that opens into a double bed. The laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently located at the end of the hallway near the bedrooms. The outdoor space is large and welcoming, with comfortable patio furniture, a barbecue grill, an outdoor dining table, and plenty of natural grass for children to play or for pets to enjoy. In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together. Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy: Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied.
