### The Space Escape to our beautiful 2,400 sq. ft. waterfront getaway, the perfect setting for creating lasting memories with family and friends. Your 3-bedroom, 3-bath home, complete with a spacious open loft, offers plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. Step out onto the large deck for private sunbathing, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or enjoy a meal cooked on the BBQ grill. With direct access to a safe, wide bay with no boat traffic, you can fish right from your private dock or simply float in the calm water. Sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests include: * Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed * Guest Rooms: 3 Queen Beds * Open Loft: 1 Queen Sofa Bed For your entertainment, the home is packed with amenities: * Indoor Fun: A big family room with an electric fireplace, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, and plenty of board games. * Water Activities: We provide 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a paddleboat, a floating island, and a handful of life jackets for adults and children. * Comfort & Convenience: Enjoy Smart TVs with DirecTV in every room, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen with both Keurig and regular coffee makers, and an iron and board. We provide all linens, towels, and toiletries to get you started. ### Guest Access You will have full access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the backyard deck, private boat slip, and a cornhole court. Please note, the garage is set up with games and water toys for your enjoyment and is not available for parking vehicles. ### The Neighborhood Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, Chase Bank, and fast-food options. You'll also find a number of great wineries in the area, with one located just 3 miles away in Byron. For boaters, you are just a quick 20-minute cruise out to Fast Water, giving you easy access to a world of sailing, water skiing, and boating adventures. ### House Rules To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules: * Maximum of 10 overnight guests. * Mandatory quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. * Large parties are not permitted. * All personal events held at the home must conclude no later than 8 p.m. * Pop-up tents, bounce houses, trampolines, slip-n-slides, and food trucks are strictly prohibited. ### Important Information **Events & Gatherings:** We are perfectly suited for family reunions and special celebrations. Small events with up to a maximum of 20 daytime guests may be approved. All events with more than 12 guests must be approved by the owner prior to booking. An additional cleaning fee may apply for gatherings of more than 15 people. Professional catering may be permitted but also requires advance approval. **Parking:** A maximum of 5 vehicles can be parked at the property: 3 in the driveway and 2 on the street in front of our home. Parking is not permitted in the garage or in front of any neighboring homes. **Boats & Watercraft:** You are welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis and store them in our private boat slip. Your vessel must not be longer than 30 feet or wider than 9 feet. Please contact us for approval prior to booking if your vessel is larger.
