Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable fee. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Check-in and check-out are automated, providing maximum privacy and flexibility.
