Bright, airy, updated corner studio available 3/20 or earlier. Well-kept building. Very nice neighbors. Brand new wood plank flooring, brand new pull down spray kitchen faucet, brand new bath tiling, brand new hand-held shower head, tub and sink newly refinished, new gas range, new stainless fridge. Lovely shared front and back patios with gas grill included. Amazing location - minutes from downtown, Steubens, ACE, Subway, 7-11, Beast + Bottle, Pride & Swagger, Delectable Egg, St. Joseph's Hospital, and Marczyks Grocers. Shared Laundry in building (2 sets of machines) $40 monthly utilities charge Electricity is not included. Runs about $12 / month No parking but this street requires permits for residents, so it's fairly easy to get a space. Tenant must be able to pay rent online (free service connected to your bank account). We love animals but we cannot accommodate large or multiple dogs - the space is just too small.
