Not Safe

Ground level walk up,no security,wooden sticks in windows to prevent break ins,filthy water backs up in kitchen sink, maintenance Sucks,you have to go outside,walk down dirty icy steps to get to small laundry room that has two washers and two dryers that don't work properly,potholes,broken glass,snow,ice in driveway,mail boxes are too far from building which means you will slip and fall crossing driveway to get your mail.The building is not well kept at all.I don't recommend this building at all.You will never see the property manager everything is done through the maintenance guy who is a joke,he uses tape and caulk to repair everything.Not Safe

Property Management isn’t reliable!!

Beware of this place! Yes it’s small and intimate however, management was switched to a new company March 2022. They suck!! Only giving you access to one phone number and it’s for maintenance only! Maintenance also sucks!! Quick to respond but slow to show up and repair. The only good thing about this place is that you only pay electric. The foundation is horrible. The sewage (outside) is backed up so the tenants suffer. My kitchen sink gets water backed up into it whenever my neighbors drain their dish water (gross). Very very disappointing, and for the price, for a one bedroom it’s not worth it.

Stay away!

Building is not well maintained and there are rude/loud neighbors. Tenants also smoked a lot inside which made our unit smell like cigarettes. All this was tolerable, but the last straw was finding bed bugs crawling through cracks. Land lords only offered to treat our unit which was not the source of the problem. Renters beware!
