We're excited to offer this beautiful home featuring modern appliances, fixtures and finishes, hard surface flooring in common areas, fresh paint, and enough space for your entire family to enjoy. We know how important pets are too, which is why all homes are pet-friendly! IMPORTANT: The fireplace, if applicable, is decorative only. Where applicable, septic tank maintenance fees may apply. Renters insurance is required. APPLICATION & LEASING FEES: Non-refundable application fee of $75.00 per applicant (age 18 or older). The holding fee is one month's rent and the administration fee is $200 (if approved). Non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one, $500 for two, and $700 for three (if applicable, subject to approval). HOME FEES: Monthly Pet Rent of $30 per month per pet. Our Easy Living Bundle ($15.99 per month) includes no hassle utility management and smart locks. Renderings and/or photos may not represent actual property. Be advised that the sq ft and other features provided may be approximate. Prices and/or availability dates may change without notice. Lease terms 12 months or longer. Application fee is a non-refundable $75 per adult over 18 years of age. One-time $200 Administrative fee due at move-in. Most homes are pet-friendly.
