Great location, near Small Cheval, Piece Pizza, Big Star and other Bucktown/Wicker Park bars and restaurants. There is an Aldi grocery store on the bottom level of the building. Across the street from the 606. I am being relocated for work and need to find someone to sublet my apartment. The apartment will be available on 12/2/2017 and my lease runs through 5/27/2017. I believe you would be in a position to renew the lease with the building management if so desired. A website for the building, which outlines the amenities, etc. is pasted below: http://centrumbucktown.com/ The unit is on the 3rd floor, which is the same level as the community outdoor deck that has views of the city. I currently pay $2,150/month for rent, plus another $250/month for a garage parking spot and $125/month for the utility package, which includes water, sewer, trash, recycling, gas, heat, internet. All of this is included in the $1,800 asking price ($2,525 value for $1,800/month - I will pay the remaining $725/month for the remainder of the lease term). The only item you will need to pay in addition to the $1,800 is the Comed bill (typically $25-$30/month).
