About This Home
This is an upstairs unit in a triplex in a nice little neighborhood close to park, shopping, the ferry, and the navy base. Also a perfect location that is close to the Seattle ferry, making it easy to transport to any world cup games this summer! Super low move in costs and most of the utilities are included! This is a really cool place which has been totally updated, but still retains its 1940's charm. The kitchen is mostly reclaimed 1940's, it has the old saloon door, cedar wrapped closets, ironing board built in, coved ceilings, and more. There is a spacious living room, a separate dining room and kitchen, a nice updated full bath, and decent sized bedroom with a closet. There are several pantry and closet storage spaces as well. The kitchen is good sized plenty or cabinets and storage. There is a shared laundry downstairs and the landlord takes care of all the utilities except power. The unit has a refrigerator, a range, and an AC unit that goes with and stays with the unit. Pets are a case by case situation and I charge pet rent instead of a pet deposit.
1743 6th St is a townhome located in Kitsap County and the 98337 ZIP Code.
