About This Property

Roomy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom garden apartment. Hardwood floors, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, central air. Top Bucktown location. Quiet street and building, but steps from shops, restaurants and all the action of Bucktown/Wicker Park. Seven-minute walk to Damen Blue line, close to North Ave and Ashland bus stops, ten min walk to Clybourn Metra UPN, easy access to 90/94, and of course 25 min biking to downtown. Lots of space, closets, backyard, easy street parking and (1) outdoor parking spot available for rent as an extra. Around the corner from one of the 606 trail access point! No pets (but maybe on a case by case basis), no smoking. $2400.00 security deposit. Water is included. Please e-mail 1741northhonore@gmail.com if interested or with questions. This property is owner-occupied (I live upstairs and rent the other two units), not run by a big management company. We do our best to provide a good environment and are very responsive to needs when they arise. This is best for quiet tenants as sound does travel modestly from floor to floor, and we have families in the neighboring houses. The space will be open as soon as June 1st flexible after that. (Covid-19 info: Due to the state of things I would like to limit person to person interactions and travel if posable. I am open to phone and video calls / group calls first and then will do a showing to people who are seriously considering the apartment. I can put you in contact with the current tenants for phone questions as well. I will most likely sit the apartment for a 5 day quarantine it, and kill any chance viruses once the current tenants move out, but this is all dependant on your needed move-in date. Any move in date after the 1st of the moth will be prorated. No one in the building is currently sick, so just being careful. Please take personal precautions.) Thank You. The pictures show an old stove. We got a new stove without a high-back as shown, and it is much nicer. Also, I was getting a lot of security questions as it is a garden unit so decided to get an ADT security subscription that is included in the rent at no cost to you. There are window break sensors, door sensors, and motions sensors. You will have a code for on-off, and it can be controlled by their app.
