You will walk to the beach in five minutes, and to the best mountain trails in ten! We bought this apartment after our Agoura Hills home was destroyed by a fire, and we renovated it with love: hardwood floors, top-of-the-line Viking kitchen appliances, and completely remodeled bathrooms and bedrooms. We lived in the apartment ourselves until our home of 30+ years was rebuilt, and it was the most peaceful, healthy, balanced time of our lives. The space remains near and dear to our hearts, and we remember our evening walks in the fresh ocean air with fondness. We are seeking a tenant who will also appreciate this home's beauty and location. The apartment is currently fully-furnished and can be rented furnished ($8050/month) or unfurnished ($7950/month), depending on your preference. In-unit washer and dryer are included. There are two storage units and two parking spots within the security-gated complex that will be exclusively yours. Cable, internet, water, and electric are all included. A/C and heat are charged by usage, but that number can easily be $0 (as it is for us while we lived here) because the weather is absolutely perfect.
