I was having such a good experience until roaches and black widows started showing up...It also felt like Ever since my original rental agent had left....my experience kind of declined....Thats just my personal experience. Definitely was great starting out.
I love this complex, especially since before I lived with lots of pests. I was worried about how my hound puppy would do, but there are multiple parks and areas that she absolutely adores and is able to get her crazies out. I love all of the different amenities I have access to, just about 24/7. The community is pretty quiet as well, which makes studying as a college student easier.
It has been a very easy process, everyone is very nice and helpful throughout the process. Especially someone new living in an apartment 1st time.
I love living at the Marlowe Denton. The apartments are so comfortable and the amenities are great! The leasing office is also super helpful!

My experience has been very pleasing I love my community. However, my neighbors are not very considerate when it comes to quiet hours I’ve complained but, all I’m told is by Madison that I have a “noise preference” when quiet hours are suppose to be from 10pm-10am via email.

Very quiet and clean community! Maintenance and front office are very attentive and helpful with any issues that occur onsite. Coming from college living, this is a dream place to live and is within reasonable distance from both UNT and TWU!

I can’t begin to tell you hours snacking or experience with Marlowe has been. We had to move in rather quickly and the staff made it seamless and worry free. They quickly managed to fix our unit problems and are still continuing to ensure maintenance requests are fulfilled. We feel super lucky to be living here!

I absolutely love Marlowe , the floorplan are beautifully designed, the amenities are perfect! Love the monthly events that get hosted makes u feel appreciated to be here! Mikal and Kayla made my move super easy. I love that the location near major stores and schools. I like having a private yard to relax in. Maintenance responds to requests very quickly and very professionally. The leasing specialist are very friendly and helpful. My greatest challenge with move in and getting settled was that the townhome complex didn't have its own dumpster yet. It took several months but the problem has been remedied. Great free community events like pool parties and sip and paints. Some of the neighbors don't respect the pet owner leash and waste policies which is frustrating, but management is aware and working on finding a resolution. Brooke has been amazing to work with as well. If you want to live in a community with a management team who really cares about their tenants, move here! No place is perfect, but this one is really great.

The amenities are worth the price we pay every month. The apartments themselves are not, the soundproofing, which affects quality of life, should have been better. The community events are very nice. The manager, Justin is awesome. The smell around the neighborhood (which is outside of the community’s control) but unfortunately a contributing factor is terrible.

Office staff is great! Easy process. Our apartment has spacious closets and the amenities are nice. The garden tubs are deeper than most and the yards are big enough for our dog to use in the mornings.

The apartment is beautiful, and the neighbors are fairly quiet. We were able to move in quickly, and the ability to control most of the apartment from our phone is a very nice touch.

I’ve lived here for a month thus far. The community seems safe, mostly clean, and reasonably lively. It’s nice to see kids play outside, and the pool is usually active. Work orders seem to tended to in a timely manner.

We moved into Marlowe Denton recently and honestly, the experience has been great so far! When we came in for the tour, the staff was super sweet and welcoming. They patiently showed us around, helped us find floor plans that fit my budget, and were just really cooperative the whole way through and they still are! The amenities here are top-notch right from the gym to the common areas, everything is super clean and well-kept. It’s been really convenient living here, and anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond and fix things without a hassle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Marlowe Denton to my friends or anyone looking for a comfy and friendly place to live in Denton!
