Internet service is fiber optic (FIOS) providing fast speeds. The ambiance of this exceptional Spanish-style house is warm and inviting with beautiful use of wood throughout. There are hardwood floors, vaulted wood ceilings with fans, Berber carpet, French doors, AC units, and central heating. Sunshine is abundant and there are large windows to bring in the light. Each one offers picturesque views of trees and surrounding hillsides. The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, built-in microwave, Ever-pure drinking water system, a pantry, and enclosed laundry closet complete with front loading washer and dryer and room for storage. The bedroom has an entire wall of closets, is light and airy and faces the morning sun. The spa-sized en-suite bathroom has a vaulted wood ceiling, wooden cabinetry, flagstone floors, double sinks, lots of storage and a large soaking tub. Outside, a patio perfect for entertaining has panoramic sunset views of the canyon and trees. Parking for two cars is off-street under a covered trellis (storage room/garage is not included). The house is located on a five acre estate off a private road with no through traffic or traffic noise. There are miles of hiking trails nearby. Topanga Canyon Blvd/Hwy 27 is now open 24 hrs to the Valley and PCH, and is currently being renovated with minimal traffic delay. The Valley and the beaches are 12 minutes away, Santa Monica, UCLA, and Venice is 20-30 minutes away in light traffic. Topanga is an oasis of natural splendor offering a tranquil life-style within easy reach of bustling Los Angeles. A small to medium size dog and/or cat is welcome with a monthly security deposit of $50.00 for each pet. Nuisance barkers will not be permitted and dogs must be on leash when outside the house. Tenant pays for electricity on a shared percentage basis, propane, and internet. Water and trash are included. This is a non-smoking house. Showings require good credit with ability to show financial stability.
