The Valley and the beaches are 12 minutes away, Santa Monica, UCLA, and Venice is 20-30 minutes away in light traffic. Topanga is an oasis of natural splendor offering a tranquil life-style within easy reach of bustling Los Angeles. A small to medium size dog and/or cat is welcome with a monthly security deposit of $50.00 for each pet. Nuisance barkers will not be permitted and dogs must be on leash when outside the house. Tenant pays for electricity on a shared percentage basis, propane, and internet. Water and trash are included. This is a non-smoking house.
