The kitchen features new appliances including; gas range, cabinet storage, countertop space, and refrigerator. Both bedrooms are nicely sized with reach-in closets. The common hall bathroom features ceramic tile and tub/shower combo. Bonus features of the home include on-site smart-card laundry facilities, ample off-street parking included with rent, outdoor bike rack, and free package services in the main office.
